Vanessa

Vanessa has been in Children and Families Social Work roles for over 20 years; she is an Eden Method Clinical Practitioner, Authorised Eden Method Teacher, and Qualified Social Worker.

Having seen a dramatic increase in the number of caring professionals and service users suffering with symptoms of stress and anxiety, poor emotional and mental health, as well as an array of auto-immune complaints, Vanessa formed Landing Light to share Energy Medicine and Energy Psychology Techniques with as many people as possible.

Vanessa’s wish is that these simple, yet profound tools will empower you to take agency over your own health and wellbeing, and you in turn will share them with those you care for and support.

Denise

Denise Copping is qualified in psychodynamic counselling and has over 20 years of experience working in various settings with children’s and adults’, providing support and care for some of the most vulnerable in our society. An Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practitioner and Energy Medicine Yoga instructor, Denise brings a wealth of experience in well-being modalities to Landing Light and is tireless in her work to empower individuals to feel better, stay better, and tap into their unlimited potential.
